Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO states he called in January to set up UDRF with WM.

Staff Comments: PO was billed for two 64 gallon carts, full rate at $226.38 even though he attempted to place hold with WM. The PO called in May for a cart removal and set up another hold, starting May 6, but service hold was not correctly processed by City Staff, so the hold was never applied. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $160.01
