10/31 Rona from Krupenny called and said they removed their container for non-payment - 2 months. She said that they told her not to remove refuse, they could not afford it, they will hide it in the garage.

11/1 PO called and left message that he has trash service with WM.
11/2 Spoke to PO, Alex Escoto (354-5847), called WM - they could not find service for this property or under the name. Alex said they were suppose to drop off the container on Tues or Wed, I told him that I cannot email and remove City Trash Service until I see the container.
11/8 Spoke to PO, he said the WM container is there. I called WM and they do not show service??

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Ratifying Trash Hauling Services during November 2012 (File No. J1305G, Assessment No. 138704) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby ratified and payable in one installment.
