Comments:

12/17/2015: Recheck - This is a two story wood frame duplex that appears vacant and is secure.This was referred by James Hoffman of Code Enforcement.House appears to be in fair/good condition,with a few defective screens,etc.A number of personal items in house and garage.Detached two car garage had open service door which I secured. Spoke to a neighbor on site. Marjorie Pitz called,said she bought house at a sheriff's sale, and that there was a 6 month redemption period. She will maintain in mean time. Open preliminary file. - Tom Friel;

01/19/2021:

Change to Cat 2 - Dwelling vacant and secure at the time of my inspection. Chipped and peeling paint on garage and front steps have crack in concrete. Due to multiple exterior deficiencies and the length of time the property has remained vacant, changing from a Cat 1 to a Cat 2 VB. - RG
