Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): My records show my account is paid in full with nothing owed. I have printed account records to prove this.
Staff Comments: The assessment is for the Quarter 4 2019 base service level cost for three 64-gal containers ($288.24) plus late fees of $43.23. It also includes a back bill of $115.55. Hauler confirmed that the property owner has not made a payment for the Quarter 4 2019 invoice. Therefore staff recommends reducing the assessment to the base cost of service for three 64-gal containers, or $288.24.
