TITLE
Approving a Subdivision by Registered Land Survey for Highland Bridge Property Owner, LLC, at 2200 Ford Parkway to create four (4) F5 Ford Business Mixed District tracts.
BODY
WHEREAS, Highland Bridge Property Owner, LLC, Zoning File PEDSUBD-000487-2026, submitted for City Council approval the attached registered land survey to create four (4) F5 Ford Business Mixed District tracts at 2200 Ford Parkway (Parcel Identification Number 17.28.23.12.0094); and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the subdivision by registered land survey and found, subject to the recommended condition, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69, subdivision regulations, of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City on June 5, 2026, and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed subdivision by registered land survey on June 17, 2026, at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the Council, having considered all the facts, recommendations, and testimony concerning the proposed subdivision by registered land survey including the report and recommendations from Department of Planning and Economic Development (PED) staff under PED Zoning File PEDSUBD-000478-2026 dated May 29, 2026, and the findings therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached subdivision by registered land survey for Highland Bridge Property Owner, LLC, at 2200 Ford Parkway (Parcel Identification Number 17.28.23.12.0094) to create four (4) F5 Ford Business Mixed District tracts, subject to the following condition:
1. The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the subdivision with the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles.
AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall mail a copy of this resolution to the Applicant, the Zoning Administrator, and the Planning Administrator.
