Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget to add Saint Paul Sewer Utility, Saint Paul Regional Water Services, Ramsey County and assessment funding into various 2020 Public Works projects.

WHEREAS, there is a need to add $1,281,108 of Saint Paul Sewer Utility funding, $715,044 of Saint Paul Regional Water Utility funding, $175,000 Ramsey County funding and $310,367 of assessment funding into various 2020 Public Works projects; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is recommending the following changes to the financing and spending on these projects:
- Adding $298,418 of Water funding to the Como Trail Project.
- Adding $167,877 of Sewer funding to the Johnson Trail Project.
- Adding $291,969 of Sewer funding, $385,870 of Water funding and $310,167 of assessment funding to the Tedesco Reconstruction Project.
- Adding $400,000 of Sewer funding to the Ayd Mill Road Project.
- Adding $421,262 of Sewer funding and $30,756 of Water funding to the Street Maintenance Mill and Overlay budget for the Fairview/Western Mill and Overlay Project.
- Adding $175,000 Ramsey County funding into the Minnehaha at Western Traffic Signal Project.
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for appropriation funds of $2,481,319; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $2,481,319 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
