WHEREAS on July 10, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-52, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from March 4 to 27, 2013.  (File No. J1309A, Assessment No. 138521); and
 
WHEREAS, the property at 831 Como Avenue, being described as: Registered Land Survey 400 In Lake Como Villas, The Sly 25 Ft Adjacent To Nly Line Of Np Ry 100 Ft R/w Of Part Of Lot 11 Nly Of Como Ave & Part Of Lot 12 & In Sd Rls No.400 All Of Tract B, with the property identification number 26-29-23-12-0073 was assessed an amount of $200.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends ratifying the assessment and payable in one installment;
 
WHEREAS, an invoice was sent to Blue Space Ventures, LLC for payment of assessment;
 
WHEREAS, Blue Space Ventures, LLC contacted Ward 5, Councilmember Amy Brendmoen, and stated they want to have the matter revisited;
 
WHEREAS, after review of the file, it was referred back to Legislative Hearing on August 20, 2013;
 
WHEREAS, Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming to approve the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $200,  City Council deletes the $200 assessment, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
