Comments: 09/01/2024 Vicki Sheffer: Incorrect property owner rec'd SA and since no response, a WO was sent to clean up the property. Per RK: the strip of land next to 2356 Charles Ave is actually 2373 University Ave W. This was brought to my attention by the Owner of 2356 Charles Ave, who called about the SA after the cleanup was done, to let me know his was not on his property. Can we delete the bill? I would like to be able to explain if we can remove this without requiring an appeal. Fee was voided and then canceled per request.
History of Orders on Property: nothing since 2019 for a graffiti removal -closed abated
