Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO was not receiving bills and only received assessment notices

Staff Comments: PO purchased home in March 2024 and attempted to put WM bills under her name but was not successful. WM sent all Notice of Non-Payments to previous property owner. PO is upset she has been paying late fees. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $246.87
