Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO thought the Q3 2024 assessment that was removed at a legislative hearing in January 2025 would show as a credit on his Q4 2024 garbage hauling bill

Staff Comments: PO attended legislative hearing on April 10, 2025 unplanned, to voice his concerns about not receiving a credit on his garbage hauling bill. Staff explained how the assessment process works, and why he did not see a credit on his bill. PO will be paying Q4 assessment. Staff does not recommend removing or reducing Q4 2024 assessment.
