Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO was charged for two 35 gallon carts with every other week service but there was only one cart at the property
Staff Comments: PO attempted to sign up for cart sharing. When she originally contacted PW on Dec 3, the live form was not available yet. When she followed up on Feb 3, customer service stated "Now that cart sharing is available as of January 1, your account has been updated accordingly. You will see the corrected service level reflected on future bills going forward." There is currently only one cart on site. PO unsure when the other cart was removed. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $58.47
