AMENDED 2/19/25

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 24-1641 accepted the Report of Completion for Tall Grass and Weed Removal on Private Properties during the time period of August 1 to August 30, 2024; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 19, 2025 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; and

WHEREAS, the assessment amount for each property will be payable in a term of 1 year, with the property taxes in 2026; unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments:

RLH TA 25-14:  896 Arkwright Street;

RLH TA 25-17:  583 Burgess Street;

RLH TA 24-500:  1075 Burgess Street;

RLH TA 24-521:  1631 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 25-39:  1218 Como Blvd East;

RLH TA 24-499:  251 Duebener Place;

RLH TA 24-502:  571 Earl Street;

RLH TA 24-504:  1011 Fourth Street East;

RLH TA 24-503:  9 Jessamine Avenue East;

RLH TA 25-28:  525 Jessamine Avenue East;

RLH TA 24-523:  1721 Margaret Street;

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statues and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
