Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Mixed up from the beginning. Tanya Nozaki and I mailed in separate checks in the same envelope. Tanya resides in unit 1 and I reside in unit 4. the information enclosed within the envelope including our individual statements were separated and were clipped with a paper clip. The bank who processed the statements applied both payments to Tanya's acct. without us knowing it. Consequently, I was started receiving a statement along with late fee. After a long drawn arduous attempt to resolve this issue, I was able to talk to Roxanne in Eden Prairie, who billed applied my payment to January,Feb. and March. but was unable to go back to the original statement. Now it seems it was turned over to Assessments. I would like to pay my Oct. Nov, and Dec
acct. but feel I shouldn't pay late charges. Roxanne's phone number:952-946-5277 ext.5273
Staff Comments: Garbage haulers have turned over to the City all delinquent charges for Quarter 4 2018. Property owners can contact the hauler directly to discuss late fees. If the hauler determines that the late fee was charged in error, they will credit that amount to the account. Even if a credit is received for the later fee, all delinquent charges need to be paid to the City.
