Cost: $641.71

Hauling Service(s) Provided: Unpaid Garbage Bill; October 1, 2025-December 31, 2025

Type of Order/Fee: Trash Hauling

Billing Time Period: Quarter 4 (October - December) 2025

Invoice Date(s): October 1, 2025-December 31, 2025

Garbage Hauler: FCC Environmental

Service Level: Two 96 gallon carts, one 64 gallon cart

Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO is paying for two 96 gallon carts and one 64 gallon cart but the 64 gallon cart went missing and the PO was charged for extra bags instead.

Staff Comments: A medium sized garbage cart holds 4 to 5 bags, so if we remove a maximum of 5 bags per pickup day in Quarter 4 2025 it would bring the bag count from 46 bags down to 5 bags. Staff recommends removing a maximum of 5 bags per pickup day in Quarter 4 2025 and reducing assessment to $415.80
