Staff Comments: The property owner contacted Highland Sanitation on 1/25/19 to remove 2 64-gallon Medium carts and deliver 2 35-gallon Small Weekly carts. Highland completed this request on 1/31/19. Highland informed her that she would need to pay the Quarter 1 2019 bill in full and the adjustment for the cart size changes would be applied to the Quarter 2 2019 bill. The property owner shortpaid the Quarter 1 invoice. The adjustment was correctly applied to the Quarter 2 invoice, which the property owner has paid in full. The property owner is responsible for paying this pending assessment.
