Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they are set up with Auto Pay with Advanced Disposal. However, his Quarter 1 payment was not removed from his account until February 1, 2020, instead of January 2020. Property owner feels that they should not have to pay the assessment as the payment error was on the Advanced Disposal side

Staff Comments: Hauler confirmed that as of Q3 2020 the automatic payment date is set for the 15th of the month. Therefore, staff recommends removing the late fee assessment as a courtesy.
