Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO has Q4 2024 charges on the Q1 2025 invoice

Staff Comments: WM sent PO an invoice for $138.23 in January 2025, and PO attempted payment. Payment was declined, and no other attempts to pay bill were made. WM sent the Q1 2025 invoice to us as an assessment in the amount of $286.17, because WM also admitted she did not pay Q4 2024, and they added it to the Q1 2025 assessment invoice. Staff recommends reducing assessment by $134.31, which is the rate of the 96 gallon cart at the property in Q4 2024
