Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $1,801,939 by adding Saint Paul Sewer Utility and Saint Paul Regional Water Services funding into the 2017 Street Construction Projects.

WHEREAS, there is a need to add $933,918 Saint Paul Sewer Utility funding and $868,021 Saint Paul Regional Water Utility funding into the 2017 Street Construction Projects; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is recommending the following changes to the financing and spending on these projects:
- Adding $41,117 of Sewer funding and $264,874 of Water funding to the Idaho/Atlantic Residential Street Project.
- Adding $134,935 of Sewer funding and $81,276 of Water funding to the Jackson Street Phase III - 11th to University Project.
- Adding $28,321 of Sewer funding and $103,678 of Water funding to the Wabasha Street - Plato to Fillmore Project.
- Adding $131,451 of Sewer funding and $71,929 of Water funding to the Como Avenue - Raymond to Commonwealth Project.
- Adding $548,965 of Sewer funding and $212,703 of Water funding to the Wheelock Parkway - Victoria to Danforth Project.
- Adding $29,046 of Sewer funding and $89,149 of Water funding to the Battle Creek Road - Upper Afton to Park Ridge Project.
- Adding $20,083 of Sewer funding and $44,412 of Water funding to the Payne/7th Intersection Improvement Project.
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for appropriation funds of $1,801,939; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $1,801,939 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
