Approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020) between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association International Association of Firefighters, Local 3939.

WHEREAS, the last Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association International Association of Firefighters, Local 3939, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on December 21, 2016, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2017, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association International Association of Firefighters, Local 3939 reached a tentative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of January 1, 2018, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2020, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; Now Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020) between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association International Association of Firefighters, Local 3939.
