Body

WHEREAS, the May 1, 2015 - April 30, 2018 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 110 was approved by City Council on August 12, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 110 have a tentative May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2021 Collective Bargaining Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2018 (or closest pay period); Now Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2021 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 110.
