Making finding on the appealed of Lucky "Tiger Jack" Rosenbloom to a nuisance abatement ordered for 369 DALE STREET NORTH in Council File RLH SAO 26-62.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-62 on August 12, 2026 which granted an extension to October 26, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (fence) at 369 Dale Street North; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 27, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
