ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with RES PH 19-22 and the authority granted in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and upon the request of staff of the Office of Financial Services, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to allocate funds within the Green Energy Loan Program in the manner specified in the attached Financial Analysis.
