Acting Interim Executive Director Nicole Green stated that a staff report was presented  
on January 28, 2026 and introduced Episcopal Homes Chief Financial Officer, Collyn  
Iblings; and Bond Council, Jenny Boulton who were available to answer questions.  
Vice Chair Jost announced the public hearing. There being no testimony,  
Commissioner Coleman moved to close the public hearing and adopt the resolution.
