Comments: Per Schumacher, closed on 10/5/22. Per RCPT, recorded with RCPT on 10/14/22. Per Assessment Office, it became a pending assessment on Assessment website November 2022 and title did a search and did not find this on the city's website. Note: on 2/2/23; there was a demolition permit issued and building was razed by owner on 7/11/23. Schumacher spoke to RE 12/15/23; paid it so it won't get certified to the taxes and request a hearing to reconsider as all of the files for 2023 were being sent to Ramsey County.
History of Orders on Property: nothing since 2021.
