Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred to hold an Advance Hazmat Life Support Tox Medic class February 7-10, 2011.

Pursuant to the 2011 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for the Advance Hazmat Life Support Tox Medic class not to exceed $200.00. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department to hold the training sessions on February 7-10, 2011 at the Fire Training Center located at 1683 Energy Park Drive. The City of Saint Paul received a 2009 Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) grant to pay for this training class and related expenses. The public purpose of this training is to provide professional enhancement of hazardous materials emergency medical response and mitigation during haz mat incidents.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
