Deleting assessments made in error for properties located at 2194 Goodrich Avenue and 2125 Como Avenue

WHEREAS, on April 21, 2010 the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File #10-409, said resolution being the Ratification for Assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for replacement of lead water service lines as requested by property owners in 2009 (Project No. 0904LDSRP); and
WHEREAS, within Council File #10-409 the property at 2125 Como Avenue, being described as: St Anthony Park North Lot 4 Blk 49 with the property identification number 20-29-23-44-0110 was assessed an amount of $3,255 for replacement of lead water service lines (Project No. 0904LDSRP) with Assessment No. 104926; and
WHEREAS, within Council File #10-409 the property at 2194 Goodrich Avenue, being described as: Kings Maple Wood Lot 3 Blk 1, with the property identification number 052823430003 was assessed an amount of $2,364.65 for replacement of lead water service lines (Project No. 0904LDSRP) with Assessment No. 104926; and
WHEREAS, the assessments for 2125 Como Avenue and 2194 Goodrich resulted from the use of an incorrect Property Identification Numbers (PIN), as the benefited property were 2125 Scudder Street and 2211 Sargent Avenue respectively; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2010, the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File #10-526, said resolution being the Ratification for Assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for replacement of lead water service lines as requested by property owners in 2009 (Project No. 1001LDSRP);
WHEREAS, within Council Fille #10-526 the cost for replacement of lead water service lines for 2125 Scudder Street and 2211 Sargent Avenue were correctly assessed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the assessments for replacement of lead water service lines ratified in Council File #10-409 for 2125 Como Avenue and 2194 Goodrich Avenue be deleted.
