Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Staff told appellant yesterday (May 17) to go to DSI Zoning about this issue. Steve Ubl informed staff today (May 18) that appellant should actually speak to Code Enforcement about this issue. Staff took the appeal because there seems to be some confusion as to who should handle this issue.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Judy Roe to a Correction Notice at 81 WESTERN AVENUE SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
