WHEREAS, the 2018 - 2020 (January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2020) Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3939 was approved by the City Council on September 26, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3939 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the purposes of establishing a Union Release Bank; now, therefore be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of establishing a Union Release Bank between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3939.
