WHEREAS, The Bulldog Lowertown, Inc. d/b/a The Bulldog Restaurant (License ID #20160004150) applied for a Gambling Location license on March 6, 2023, to add to their existing Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) licenses for the premises located at 237 - 6th Street East, Suite 100 in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a May 7, 2023, response date; and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections also sent the licensee a letter regarding the status of the Gambling Location license application; and
WHEREAS, in response to the April 21, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of a Gambling Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Gambling Location license is hereby approved and issued to The Bulldog Lowertown, Inc. d/b/a The Bulldog Restaurant (License ID #20160004150) for the premises located at 237 - 6th Street East, Suite 100 in Saint Paul.
