First Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 694 SHERBURNE AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 22-19.  (Amend: nuisance is abated)

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 22-19 on November 9, 2022 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 694 Sherburne Avenue; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 23, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but granting until June 7, 2023 to final all permits and receive its Certificate of Code Compliance or public hearing continue to July 12 25, 2023 as no Certificate of Code Compliance has been issued; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter is resolved forthcoming.
