Body

WHEREAS, The Aberdeen Condominium Association of St. Paul, Inc. d/b/a The Aberdeen Condominium Association (License ID #20230000399) applied for a Parking Ramp (Private) license for the premises located at 370 Marshall Avenue in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, on March 30, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and

WHEREAS, in response to the March 30, 2023, notification the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Parking Ramp (Private) license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the Parking Ramp (Private) license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Parking Ramp (Private) license is hereby approved and issued to The Aberdeen Condominium Association of St. Paul, Inc. d/b/a The Aberdeen Condominium Association (License ID #20230000399) for the premises located at 370 Marshall Avenue in Saint Paul.
