WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classification of Animal Control Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for newly titled Animal Services Manager (formerly Animal Control Supervisor) be changed to the rate set forth in Grade 038 to the rate set forth in Grade 046; in Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Animal Services Manager be changed to the rate set forth in Grade 038 to the rate set forth in Grade 046, Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
