Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they had submitted a service hold on 11/1/2021. The property had been vacant until 1/20/2023 and therefore the property owner stated that they should not have to pay the assessment, especially since they were not informed that there was a six month limit on service holds.
Staff Comments: Hauler requested that the assessment be removed as a courtesy since the property owner was not notified that the service hold would only be applied to the account for six months. Therefore, staff recommends removing the assessment.
