WHEREAS on March 8, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 23-11, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2022. (File No. CG2204A3, Assessment No. 220115); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1932 Ashland Avenue, being described as: Auditor's Subdvision No. 72 St. Paul, Minn. Subj to Esmt to St and Ex Sely 162 Ft Lot 18 and Ex NWLY 72 Ft of Sely 162 Ft of Nely 12 Ft Lot 17, with the property identification number 32-29-22-14-0014 was assessed an amount of $222.11; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment at the request of Public Works staff because the property owner submitted an Unoccupied Dwelling Registration form in January 2022 that was never applied to the account; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $222.11, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 23-11 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
