WHEREAS on March 8, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 23-11, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2022. (File No. CG2204A3, Assessment No. 220115); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1932 Ashland Avenue, being described as: Merriam Park Third Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 5 Blk 9, with the property identification number 04-28-23-24-0058 was assessed an amount of $456.04; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment at the request of Public Works staff because the hauler had been charging the property owner for 4 carts instead of 3 carts which were actually at the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $456.04, plus any accrued interests, be reduced from $456.04 to $320.43. Council File No. RLH AR 23-11 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
