WHEREAS, St. Paul Order of Eagles Aerie #33 d/b/a Fraternal Order of Eagles (License ID #0091676) applied for a Gambling Location license for the premises located at 287 Maria Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Licensee currently holds a Liquor On Sale - Club under 200 members license.
WHEREAS, on February 21, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent License Application Notification pursuant to Saint Paul Legislative Code; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections by the March 8, 2023, response date and is recommending approval of the Gambling Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Gambling Location license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Gambling Location license is hereby approved for St. Paul Order of Eagles Aerie #33 d/b/a Fraternal Order of Eagles (License ID #0091676) for the premises located at 287 Maria Avenue in Saint Paul
