WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 22-28 on September 21, 2022 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 733 Fairview Avenue North; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 14, 2023, March 28, April 11 & 25, June 13, July 11, July 25, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but will continue the $5,000 performance deposit and grant an additional 180 days as plan has been submitted and will review plans and financing for completing the work pending April 11, 2023 Legislative Hearing to develop a recommendation for Council consideration; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council stays action on its finding pending recommendation of the legislative hearing officer.
