1. Commissioner Bykowksi has resigned from the Water Board. Thank you to Jim for  
his dedication and commitment. Falcon Heights will appoint a replacement.  
2. EPA was on-site conducting a three-day inspection. SPRWS has seventy days to  
complete recommended tasks and develop and implement new procedures.  
3. AWWA Conference held in Duluth next week.
