party, Metro Holdings, LLC and Joe Steinmaus that he is a junior lien holder but isn’t  
interested in acquiring. Did you have any backup plan?  
Barbee: he did submit another offer last night. That’s news to me if he is not going to  
acquire our interest. I heard from his attorney about 5 p.m. with a counteroffer.  
Moermond: we heard from them about 4.  
Barbee: it was my understanding he was going to show at 8:30. Either my client  
accepts this offer and he posts the bond and Code Compliance Inspection or we file it  
today. That’s all that needs to be done, or my client lets it go to demo?  
Moermond: in order to get a continuance to pull together plans, yes. Tomorrow is the  
Public Hearing. Those 2 things need to be done no later than noon tomorrow or I’ll  
recommend it be removed. I’m not going to split hairs about who does posts the bond  
and Code Compliance Inspection.
