Skarda gave a staff report.  
Noecker asked for clarification on the separate matter of the transfer of the liquor  
license, which would be handled after the adverse action. She then asked if any  
conditions imposed as a result of the adverse action would transfer to the new license  
holder.  
Skarda stated that there would be a re-noticed license application and conditions  
would get discussion during a hearing before the Legislative Hearing Officer.  
Noecker spoke in favor and moved approval.
