Move to approve Commissioner Deborah Montgomery as Vice-Chairperson of

the St. Paul Charter Commission. The motion PASSED by an unanimous vote.

Move to approve Commissioner Kathi Donnelly-Cohen as Secretary of the St.

Redistricting of Council Wards

The Charter Commission Item was discussed, amended to include confirmation

of the members of the Charter Review Committee and to approve the creation

of a contract between the City of St. Paul and Park Street Public. The

amendments PASSED by an unanimous vote and this item was laid over to the

next meeting of the Charter Review Committee on 2/24/2022.

OTHER BUSINESS

ADJOURNMENT

Members of the public may attend in person, consistent with federal, state, and local

guidance

on the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mayor Melvin Carter has issues Executive Order 2021-33 requiring all City employees

and

visitors to wear a face covering, regardless of vaccination status, at all City-Controlled

properties. This includes all public or shared indoor City spaces when other

individuals are

present.
