Motion was made by Vice President Yang and seconded by Commissioner Bowie to  
approve the recruitment and hiring process as outlined in Board Resolution #4909 and  
ask the City of St. Paul HR Director to post the position as soon as possible and  
recruit. The Board also requests that the HR Director and her team provides support  
for the Board approved examining committee that will be considered/approved at its  
February 13th meeting. The motion was approved unanimously.  
Motion was made by Vice President Yang and seconded by Commissioner Larkin to  
appoint Assistant General Manager Racquel Vaske as interim General Manager  
effective on January 20, 2024. The motion was approved unanimously.
