The nuisance is abated and the matter resolved.
No one appeared
Moermond: they had an extension to March 10th to clean up the backyard including
appliances. The only exception was allowing for the gardening cold frames stored
outside. Mr. Kedrowski went by after the last hearing and talked to the owner and
double checked a couple days ago and found the property in compliance and
indicated that to the property owner. His only recommendation was to store things
differently next year to make sure there is no confusion
Supervisor Kedrowski: I asked the glass panes and plywood for covering them be
stored inside since outside it looks like scrap lumber.
Moermond: we will call him since the Council Public Hearing is tomorrow and let him
know the matter is resolved.
