Councilmembers,

In today's public hearing documents submitted by the attorney for The Lex, states incorrect 
facts, the lack of liquor sales will add value to the neighboring properties.  The immediate 
neighbors have signed the attached petition stating that they DO NOT WANT A LIQUOR LICENSE 
at The Lex.  The Jeremiah Project does not want liquor served next to their daycare and housing 
for single mothers.

Therefore, the attorney is correct, the public and its surrounding neighbors have not been 
allowed to speak, PLEASE GIVE US THE CHANCE, by sharing our concerns and signature with the 
attorney who will speak on behalf of The Lex.
