Commercial Development District Creation Process

A public hearing was held on Charter Commission Item CCI 23-5 and five

community members spoke. Commissioners asked further questions of City

Council Operations Director Brynn Hausz and City Clerk Shari Moore.

Commissioner Valliant introduced an amendment. Commissioners discussed

the proposal and item as a whole.

Commissioner Lee made a motion to table the item. Motion passed with 8

votes in favor, 6 votes opposed.
