1. 2023 Drought Update - currently under odd/even watering restrictions. This is a  
regulatory requirement.  
2. Working with Board Attorney on a 3M Class Action Lawsuit regarding the PFAs.  
Has been recommended to opt out.  
3. McCarrons Plant Project Update - 35% complete.  
4. Business Division Manager, Dolly Ludden retiring in December. Final interviews will  
be held this week.  
5. SPRWS will be hosting an Open House on Sunday, September 17th (11:30 - 1:00  
employees and friends; 1:00 - 3:00 open to public).
