senior housing purchase; unoccupied for years. Staff placed Unoccupied Dwelling
Registration Forms on both sides to prevent future billing. Another transition where we
didn’t get the info. Staff recommends removing the assessment.
Moermond: should have been on a hold communicated to City, wasn’t communicated
properly by previous hauler, so recommend deletion.

Staff report by Jillian Barden: the property owner was charged for two carts but only
had one at the property. It was also a Category 2 Vacant Building and was not
reoccupied until late April of this year. Staff recommends removing charge of $13.53
for second cart, and reducing bill to a standard $75.55 from May moving forward.
