1/27/2023 8:59 PMKaren McClintick   My former comment to ***ist. should say ***ist. We had to increase the amount per household as some people in the block don't think they have to pay but yet they use the alley. Is there a way St. Paul can plow the alleys to eliminate all the frustration, wear and tear on trash & recycling trucks? It also takes the carts off public streets! You keep raising our taxes so why can't they be used to cover the cost of plowing our alleys. If the alleys are plowed then we can park our cars there so Public Works can plow our streets curb to curb!! Hence making our streets safer for ambulances and fire trucks! Put this to a vote with the homeowners and rental property owners and we would all vote a big YES to St. Paul plowing our alleys!
1/27/2023 7:37 PMKaren McClintick   My Opinion: To ***ist in a more feasible way to ensure trash and recycling is picked up and save wear & tear on the trucks, in the winter is for St. Paul to plow our alleys. We have to hire someone to plow our alleys and collect from our neighbors to pay the snowplow driver. We have done our alley for over 20 years and now we are having problems getting anyone to plow, and a lot of the persons in our block refuse to pay. As a result we have had to pay the difference. which is unfair to the ones who pay. 1
