RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Harold Shirley and his attorneys, Andrew T. Jackola and Jean B. Roth, the total sum of ten thousand dollars and no cents ($10,000.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 10-CV-2124 (DWF/FLN) for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorney's fees regarding the January 21, 2010, incident outside St. Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
