RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of St. Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 the sum of $11,500.00 in full settlement of Plaintiffs' claims in Isabel Garcia, et al. v. City of St. Paul, et al. (Court file No: 09-83 JNE/TNL) for damages arising from J. Refugio Garcia's encounter with St. Paul Police Officers on December 31, 2006.
